I’m Lydia, a sound practitioner living in Geneva with my husband, our baby and our dog.
I discovered soundbaths during a full-on season of building and running a music software company. It was exciting but demanding, and life continued to happen around it. When I first experienced a soundbath, I felt not only deep relaxation in the room, but a surprising clarity and steadiness the next day. It felt more like a chance to process and reset than escape.
I’ve been interested in how sound affects the body and mind for a long time. While studying Music at Oxford University, I sang in choirs and noticed how much my internal state shaped performance, and how experiencing sound could shift that state in turn.
I now offer group soundbaths in and around Geneva, Switzerland. My sessions are designed to create space for deep rest and emotional processing, so you can return to a full life feeling grounded and better able to respond to what’s in front of you.
